Wonder Woman 1984’s Release date is delayed again.
The DC Extended Universe movie was one of the projects affected by the continuing coronavirus pandemic.
In the weeks since the first Wonder Woman 1984 delay, film theatres have started to reopen slowly, But the health crisis remains a very fluid situation.
Coronavirus instances are beginning to increase in certain areas, raising questions about whether it will be safe to go to the cinema as nations start loosening orders and limitations.
This move coincides with WB delaying Tenet to late July, and it is logical. If Wonder Woman 1984 stood pat in mid-August, there would be only two weeks separating it in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming blockbuster.
The studio has high hopes for both of these movies, so it’s clear why they’d want to give the pair a breathing space.
Under ordinary circumstances, WB wouldn’t need two of their greatest tentpoles, so they are going to play things safe today.
